Local brands, MyPhone and DTC have launched budget smartphones priced at the same level of feature phones. Cherry Mobile followed suit with the launch of Cherry Mobile Life. It's smartphone with modest specs like dual core processor, 4-inch display, and running Android 4.2 Jellybean.
